Cancellations made more than 45 days before travel incur a 25% fee; the rest is refunded. Within 45 days of departure, the trip becomes non-refundable. Visa, flight tickets, and advance hotel bookings are non-refundable at all times.

Is travel insurance included?

Yes. Travel insurance is included to protect you during your journey. Once issued, it is considered a confirmed expense and non-refundable.
